Tyson is 7 and has cerebral Palsy and Theo is two and has epilepsy. Sarah’s car needs major repairs and as a single parent unable to work, Sarah is not able to afford the costs of her car repairs. Sarah and her family cannot live without a car. Tyson can only walk very short distances, often only a few steps, and both he and Theo need constant and numerous visits to […]

Underwear is a basic human right. It is the most used and replaced item of privilege that sits in our wardrobe. You probably didn’t realise that having underwear was a privilege until you read this… But it is. And considering we have to wear it, why not support companies who look after people when we buy it? Underwear for Humanity makes underwear from recycled materials which helps save the planet. They also donate a portion of their sales to us with each purchase. Do you know what that donation per purchase does? It employs women. Women experiencing homelessness, women released […]

You’re never too young to volunteer! Gorgeous little Cristian came along with his Mum, Teresa today to drop off this incredible collection of toiletries and sanitary items for those in need. Teresa had been collecting items for months and rallied friends, family and work colleagues to pitch in and get these incredible items for us. Thank you so much Teresa and to everyone who donated. And thanks to Cristian for being such a cute little helper! *Photo shared with parents permission.

What a day! Our very first day of packing orders saw around 600+ recycled environmentally friendly under garments sent off to their new homes! We learned the ropes together and after a bit of a cautious start we soon had these orders flying out the door. We are so proud of our incredible partnership and our inspiring team. The air was electric and we were so proud when we got to the end of the order batch. This is a game changer. This is like nothing we have ever done before. Imagine buying a pair of undies or a gorgeous […]

Knitters and crafty crochet folk we need you! Each week we give out Winter Warmer bags with warm winter clothing including beanies, scarves and gloves/mittens. Unfortunately even though it has only just hit winter, we have already run out of stock for our next lot of bags. We desperately need more knitted items so if you’re a knitter or someone who can crochet we would love for you to help us replenish our stock. It’s cold, we’re in lockdown with many of us stuck at home so what better way to while away the time than knitting something warm for […]

Melbourne we came through for our little ones during the 2020 lockdown and we need your help again. Unfortunately greater Melbourne is still in lockdown which has meant many families are suffering. We have had an urgent request from one of our larger partner organisations for infant care products. We have around 300 families to support. Sudden job loss has created unexpected financial hardship for many families and once again we are seeing the same devastating effects we witnessed in last years Melbourne lockdown. Last year we assisted thousands of families with infant care products thanks to your incredible support. […]
