The School Project started in 2016 to support families with school children face leaving dangerous domestic violence situations. They often find themselves living in crisis accommodation – like motels or cars – without access to school items. This prevents children from going to school. We believe that education is a right not a privilege and life for them is already hard enough.
We purchase and distribute brand new school equipment, uniforms and essentials to those kids who need it most. So far, we’ve delivered more than 1,000 school backpacks and now we’re also handing out swimming bags, camp bags, sleeping bags, pyjamas, and torches.
It’s the small things that make a difference sometimes, that’s why we sponsored an indigenous girl to play football, purchased several kids bikes, bought bedding for newly housed children and supplied sporting equipment.
Contact us at any time via our Facebook page, or Email to hear more about how you can help these kids have a bright future.
If you would like to make a financial donation to the The School Project you can do so below using Credit Card or PayPal facilities through our secure payment gateway.
